BODYPUMP™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to build strength, get lean and toned, and to get fit fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Improve fitness, feel the energy and maximise cardio stamina.
We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Our coaches will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
BODYJAM ™is the ultimate combination of music and dance.
You will hear the latest music learn the freshest moves and lose yourself in the freedom of dance.
BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that is ideal for anyone. This class will improve your mind, your body and your life. Improve flexibility, feel serene and relaxed, and build strength.
During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and our coaches will always provide options for those just getting started.
You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and truly happy.
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs and feel uplifted.
In a BODYSTEP™ workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Ripped 360 is a 30-minute total body workout designed to challenge you and progress your workout to the next level. Each Ripped360 workout has been carefully planned by our coaches with a specific training focus in mind.
A RIPPED 360 workout features combinations of upper body, lower body and core strength, power, agility, cardio and /or HIIT blocks to deliver a range of benefits. These include increasing upper body, lower body and core strength, improving cardiovascular endurance, improved sports performance and burning body fat. Ripped360 is varied, time efficient, fun, functional and social. You will get a boost of energy and leave feeling exhilarated. Ripped360 integrates with our Accuro online fitness tracker allowing you to track your heart rate peaks and see how many calories you have burnt.
For those who like a challenge, you can compete against your teammates or yourself.
Metafit is a 30-minute, bodyweight-only, non-choreographed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
The program was created over a decade ago in the UK by a Royal Marine Commando in a bid to make HIIT more efficient and effective by increasing the focus on technique, range of motion and intensity (true HIIT!) – and making modifications when necessary.
MetaFIT is a certified coach-led workout and you will be supported and challenged the whole way…!
PilatesCORE is a 30 minute core strength based workout, incorporating static and dynamic exercises.
Our PilatesCORE program has been developed by our highly qualified coaches and their ore options for all levels of ability. This program will improve your overall core strength – pelvic floor, abdominals, obliques, hips, back and glutes.
A stronger core keeps you safer in everyday life activities, improves sports performance, increases overall balance and stability, improves movement control as well as reduces the risk of injuries.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga utilises the AntiGravity® Hammock to gently restore and repair the muscular, structural and nervous systems of the body through gentle, gyrokinetic motions.
AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga offers accessibility to those with physical limitations. It caters to all levels of fitness encouraging deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection. Working from different hammock heights allows for the gentle opening of hips and spine. This technique is beneficial for both prevention and rehabilitation of injuries and is for everyone.
Leave this class feeling relaxed, centered, calm and balanced within the mind and body.
Discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. AntiGravity® Fundamentals is suitable for those wanting a gentle practice and orientation to the hammock.
During this class you will become familiar with the Hammock and the new sensations of both inverting and moving with the hammock, while building knowledge of fundamental movements. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and most importantly you will experience …….. FUN!
Flip, swing and fly through space without even noticing that you’re working out. Your coach will provide you with lots of options and progressions and you can choose what feels right for you and your body on the day.
A 30 min workout targeting all aspects of the glutes, as well as hitting the hips and thighs.
The glutes can often be quite ‘lazy’ to ’switch on’. This class allows you to focus on activation to strengthen your glutes which can help reduce lower back pain, allow you to run faster and harder and/or shape and tone your butt and thighs. You will see different variations of squats, lunges, deadlifts, hip bridges, hip abductions and extensions.
The focus is on control and connection.
Yin Yoga Yin yoga is a restorative, slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principals of Traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time.
For Beginners asanas can be held from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. More advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for up to 5 minutes or more. Benefits of Yin Yoga include increased circulation, improved flexibility, releases fascia and improves joint mobility, balances the internal organs and improves the flow of Chi (the energy of life itself).

Vinyasa Yoga involves the body moving in sync with the breath creating fluid and smooth movements, known as “flow”.
Vinyasa is an athletic style of practice, where poses are held for up to 10 seconds. Benefits include building muscle strength, improving flexibility, improving cardiovascular endurance and circulation as well increasing agility and mobility. This class will help maintain healthy joints as well as develop body awareness. Calm the mind and increase mental focus in this powerful and strong program.
