RIPPED 360

Ripped 360 is a 30-minute total body workout designed to challenge you and progress your workout to the next level.

Each Ripped360 workout has been carefully planned by our coaches with a specific training focus in mind. A RIPPED 360 workout features combinations of upper body, lower body and core strength, power, agility, cardio and /or HIIT blocks to deliver a range of benefits. These include increasing upper body, lower body and core strength, improving cardiovascular endurance, improved sports performance and burning body fat. Ripped360 is varied, time efficient, fun, functional and social.

You will get a boost of energy and leave feeling exhilarated. Ripped360 integrates with our Accuro online fitness tracker allowing you to track your heart rate peaks and see how many calories you have burnt.
