PilatesCORE is a 30 minute core strength based workout, incorporating static and dynamic exercises.

Our PilatesCORE program has been developed by our highly qualified coaches and their ore options for all levels of ability. This program will improve your overall core strength – pelvic floor, abdominals, obliques, hips, back and glutes. A stronger core keeps you safer in everyday life activities, improves sports performance, increases overall balance and stability, improves movement control as well as reduces the risk of injuries.
