KIDS HUB

The Kids Hub is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 11.

The Kids Hub has child friendly activities including dance and circuit sessions. The dance program is presented by a professional dance teacher with a choreographed sequence so that the kids can learn and progress each session. The circuits is presented by a fitness professional and uses movement patterns to challenge strength, coordination, fitness and builds confidence in a fun way.

Kids Hub is a great way to get your younger ones up and moving and just having fun!
